Restylane Vital

What can be treated with Restylane Vital?

The most common areas to treat with Restylane Vital include:

• skin structure and minor wrinkles on the face

• neck

• chest

• hands

• knees, elbows, upper lip

How is treatment with Restylane Vital carried out?

A consultation is always carried out before undergoing treatment with Restylane Vital. During the consultation, you will receive comprehensive information regarding the preparations prior to the treatment, the treatment itself and what happens afterwards.

Most people prefer to have an anaesthetic before treatment with Restylane Vital. For this, we use an anaesthetic cream that also causes the blood vessels to contract. This minimizes the risk of bruising, but does not eliminate it entirely.

Restylane Vital is injected into the skin via a thin needle. The product can be administered via either regular needles or injection pens.

The treatment takes 30-60 minutes. It is normal to feel some discomfort, such as redness, swelling, pain, itching, bruising or tenderness in the treated area. This usually passes within a few days or a maximum of 1-2 weeks.

Restylane Vital is usually administered in 3 treatments with about 4 week intervals. We recommend maintenance treatments to retain the result.

How does Restylane Vital work?

Restylane Vital has a unique ability to attract water, which means that when one injects Restylane Vital under the skin, the substance will lie like a small reservoir of moisture there. It releases water when the skin is dry and absorbs water if there is a surplus. By filling hyaluronic acid under the skin, Restylane Vital restores the moisture balance and provides better skin tone and texture.

Jan Marini medical skincare line

A fresh, youthful appearance is based on healthy skin. We always recommend the use of the Jan Marini Skin Research medical skin care line in conjunction with our treatments with Restylane Vital. We match the products specifically adapted to your skin and the treatment you have taken. In this way, we can increase the effect of the Restylane Vital treatment and prevent the re-formation of wrinkles. We always recommend moderation with regards to exposure to the sun.

Can everyone be treated with Restylane Vital?

In general, anyone can be treated with Restylane Vital, but we do not treat pregnant women or women who are breast feeding. Also, you should not be using blood-thinning medication or have active skin diseases in the area you wish to have treated.

Why choose Restylane Vital?

• Restylane is natural. It resembles the body's own hyaluronic acid and contains no toxins. Provides a natural look without affecting the facial expression. Brings back your natural beauty. The treatment is not permanent, and you therefore do not have a lasting look that you may regret since the face changes over time.

• Restylane is safe. There have been more than 10 million treatments performed worldwide. Unlike some other products that are based on hyaluronic acid, Restylane is not animal-based, which means minimal risk of allergic reactions and transmission of diseases.

• Restylane is particularly adapted to your needs. It is scientifically proven that Restylane Vital improves the quality of your skin, and the product may be used to rejuvenate the appearance of the face, neck, neckline and hands.
